If you subscribe to Sentima, payment terms will be detailed in your individual contract. Subscriptions are billed in accordance with that agreement and may be subject to automatic renewal unless otherwise specified.

Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.

We are not liable for decisions made based on insights derived from guest sentiment data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentima and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

Our total liability will not in any circumstance exceed the amount paid for services in the previous 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
